CORRECTIONS, RETRACTIONS AND EXPRESSIONS OF CONCERN

PGJSRT is committed to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the scholarly record.

CORRECTIONS

A formal correction may be published when an error affects the interpretation, indexing, metadata, authorship, presentation, or reliability of part of an article but does not invalidate the work as a whole.

Corrections will be clearly identified and linked to the original article.

RETRACTIONS

An article may be retracted when there is clear evidence that its findings are unreliable as a result of serious error or misconduct; when plagiarism or redundant publication is established; when unethical research is confirmed; or when another serious integrity concern makes continued reliance on the article inappropriate.

The original article will normally remain accessible as part of the scholarly record but will be clearly identified as retracted and linked to a retraction notice explaining the reason.

EXPRESSIONS OF CONCERN

An Expression of Concern may be published when serious questions have been raised about an article but an investigation has not yet reached a reliable conclusion.

ARTICLE METADATA

Where corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions are issued, PGJSRT will update relevant article metadata and DOI records where appropriate.

Author disagreement does not prevent PGJSRT from correcting the scholarly record when sufficient evidence supports editorial action.
