The APC applies only to manuscripts that have successfully completed peer review and received final acceptance for publication.

PGJSRT does not charge a manuscript submission fee.

NO PEER-REVIEW FEE

Authors are not charged for entering or completing the peer-review process.

EDITORIAL INDEPENDENCE

Payment of an APC does not influence:

• Whether a manuscript is sent for peer review
• Reviewer selection
• Reviewer recommendations
• Editorial assessment
• Acceptance or rejection decisions

Editorial decisions are made independently on scholarly and ethical grounds.

INVOICING

An official invoice is issued only after final acceptance.

Authors should make payments only through payment instructions contained in official PGJSRT or Polaris Global Research Organization Inc. communications.

PGJSRT does not authorize unauthorized third parties to collect publication payments on its behalf.

The payment of an APC does not guarantee publication.
